Terms and Conditions for Purchasing Marketing Services through Keller Williams La Jolla
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase of marketing services offered by Keller Williams La Jolla ("KW La Jolla") by customers ("Customer"). By engaging with KW La Jolla for marketing services, the Customer agrees to abide by these Terms.

1. Services Offered
KW La Jolla offers a range of marketing services, including but not limited to print marketing, social media marketing, branding, and design ("Services"). Details of each Service and associated pricing will be communicated to the Customer upon inquiry.

2. Order Confirmation and Payment
Upon placing an order, the Customer will be contacted by Jacob Crane to confirm the details of the order, including services selected and pricing.

The Customer authorizes KW La Jolla to charge the credit card on file for the agreed-upon Services.

3. Payment Processing
Payment for Services will be processed promptly following order confirmation. The amount charged will include the agreed-upon price for the selected Services.

The Customer will receive a payment confirmation via email once the payment is successfully processed.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued once the order begins.

5. Service Delivery
KW La Jolla will endeavor to deliver the agreed-upon Services in a timely and professional manner.

The Customer agrees to provide all necessary information and materials promptly to ensure the efficient execution of the Services.
